All work we do is from a photo or scan of the handwriting, so you get to keep the original safe.  The image(s) can be uploaded on Etsy at the time of order.

All images/scans of the handwriting are a mandatory field to upload in Etsy at the time of order. This way we have everything we need to start work on the order, and you keep the original safe. 

We operate normal business hours Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays and weekends.  We do respond to messages outside of our hours, but please allow a little more time for response. 

Yes, absolutely! We do recommend a maximum of 2 photos per order, but can accommodate more on occasion if the item needs it and often piece together parts of writing from different cards.  Just tell us at the time of order which parts to include and exclude.

Yes, certainly.  We send a digital proof for your approval for all orders so you get to check the design and layout before we go to print.  At this stage we can make any small adjustments and only print once you are 100% happy.

We do recommend that you have Etsy notifications switched on, and also check your email spam folder to avoid delays in processing.

Yes we can, and part of our preparation for print will involve removing lines from the paper before we print so that just the writing is left.  If your handwriting was written on lined paper, just allow a little more time before it's print ready. 

The bespoke design service is something we offer with all handwriting products, and means that you can have other elements/illustrations printed with the handwriting.  Many of these are shown in our listing photos on Etsy, and are all something that previous clients have requested.  There is no set list to choose from, but we strongly recommend that you specify at the time of ordering if there's anything particularly meaningful to you that you would like to add.  We then work from your instructions and supply all of the elements.

Yes we can! We have undertaken this type of work several times, and simply ask that when you order that you specifiy what you would like the sentence to say, and to ensure that any writing you send does include all required letters somewhere within the text. 

If the handwriting you want to use is particularly damaged, either torn or with parts missing we may refer you to our Restoration Service, which exists to address such issues.  For standard handwriting gifts, the writing needs to be clear and ready to use.

Yes we do, and have international shipping set up on the products in Etsy, where costs are automatically calculated.  So far we ship to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zeland and are adding further countries when we can. 

Yes you can choose which colour the writing is printed, and each Etsy listing has an option for print colour.  Sometimes the original writing may have been in blue ink, but you would like it printed in black for extra clarity.  Just select your choice at the time of checkout. 

If you are local to Stourbridge, you are more than welcome to arrange to collect your item instead of us delivering for you.  Please ask at the time of order and we will arrange a mutually agreeable date and time. 

We most certainly can! As long as the handwriting is clear and easy to photograph, we can print handwriting that's written in any language.
